Directions for Uploading Math Lesson Re-engagement Video

Submitting Your Math Lesson Video File

Follow these directions on campus. Internet connections off campus will probably not be fast enough and will probably time out.

1. Rename your video file ‘Math Lesson Fall 2013 Your Full Name’ and save to your computer. For example, I would rename my video ‘Math Lesson Fall 2013 Elizabeth Greive’.
2. Log in to Velocity with your Unity ID - https://velocity.ncsu.edu/
3. Click ‘Create’ in right corner of screen.
4. Type ‘Math Lesson Fall 2013’ next to ‘Name’ in pop up window.
5. Click ‘Upload’ in right corner of screen.
6. Select ‘Browse’. Locate and click on the renamed video file.
7. Click on ‘Submit’.
   1. The file might take about 20 minutes to upload.
   2. Select the video file by checking the box next to the file name.
   3. Select ‘Send File’ in right corner. Check ‘Yes, I want to send this file,’ and click ‘Send.’
   4. Type ‘[email protected]’ under ‘Send to:’ and your email address under ‘Send From:’
   5. Select ‘Send’.
   6. Beth Greive will confirm with you that she received your video.
   7. Your file will be stored on your Velocity space for a month. Be sure to keep your video saved in another location.
