Watch this video and consider how you will ensure you create a positive learning environment. Remember that you can site this research in Tasks 1 and 3. Remember also that as you decide upon your video clips there may be a spot where you give the class a ‘do-over’ and you could cite this research. Also, it may just help you as you reflect upon your attitudes about your students and your judgment of their behaviors. Once we realize that we all have a ‘fudge factor’ we can take students attempts to ‘get away with things’ less personally.
